Located in the heart of Xinbu Island, at the confluence of the Nandu River and the South China Sea, the Pullman Haikou Hotel is an elegant landmark of the Accor Group's Pullman brand in this tropical coastal city. Opened in 2012 and fully renovated in 2023, the hotel is located at No. 21 Xiyuan Road, Xinbu Island. Its 12-story building, along with the yacht marina and coastal landscape, creates a unique urban skyline. The hotel is approximately 18 kilometers from Haikou Meilan International Airport, a 25-minute drive, and offers quick access to the city center via the Xinhai Bridge. Adjacent to coastal leisure landmarks such as the Xinbu Island International Yacht Club, it is ideal for both business trips and leisure vacations.

The hotel features 296 meticulously designed rooms and suites, ranging in size from 43 square meters for superior rooms to 138 square meters for executive suites. Each room has a private balcony offering panoramic views of the river, sea, or city skyline. The interior design, crafted by an international team, blends contemporary French aesthetics with the warmth of a tropical island – clean lines in the dark mahogany furniture, a luxurious feel in the leather upholstery, and brushed metal details that echo the surrounding yachting culture. The bedding is exquisite, with king rooms featuring down comforters and high-quality linens, while some suites include a separate living area where an L-shaped sofa and dining space create a cohesive social setting. Modern amenities include a capsule coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room safes, and marble bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and rain showers. Executive floor guests enjoy exclusive access to the Executive Lounge, where they can enjoy bespoke breakfasts, afternoon tea, and happy hour with stunning river views.
